in a restaurant where the chef serves exactly the same

so satisfyingly unique, I can barely resist eating every

my home in Pismo Beach.
Thai Talay, meaning "Thai-by-the-sea," is
one of those rare restaurants that has me completely
addicted. I can almost taste my favorite dishes just
